Water Pollution
Pollution of the LeTort can happen at any hour of the day or night. If you see any source or indication of pollution, such as dead fish or fish in distress, call one of these toll-free telephone numbers any hour of the day or night:

Fishing Violations
Special restrictions apply to specific areas of the LeTort Spring Run concerning "No Harvest Fly- Fishing Only". These areas are marked along the stream by small green and white plastic signs and larger cardboard signs. The restrictions are published annually in the Pennsylvania Fish Commission pamphlet; "Summary of Fishing Regulations and Laws"

Vandalism or Dumping of Trash Along the Nature Trail or the Stream
Each of the member municipalities of the LeTort Regional Authority has jurisdiction over that part of the stream and watershed within their borders. Incidents should be reported directly to the municipality and the Authority.
